Dr. Brijesh is a Consultant interventional Cardiologist with more than 10 years of experience in dealing with illnesses related to the heart. He has completed his education from all government hospitals in Mumbai & Maharashtra. He has stood first in the Super Specialty entrance for D. M. from all over Maharashtra. He has also been trained overseas and has done a fellowship in TAVI (Trans catheter Aortic Valve Implantation) from Columbia University, New York.
He is attached as Consultant cardiologist to various major Hospitals like Hinduja Hospital Khar, Zen Hospital, Chembur, Surana group of Hospitals.
Dr. Brijesh specializes in evaluation of all heart related disorders and illnesses. He is an expert in treating ailments like chest pains, breathlessness, high blood pressure and heart rate anomalies (arrhythmias). He is well trained in all cardiac procedures such as Angiography, Angioplasty, Heart valve diseases, Pacemaker implantation for heart arrhythmias and also valve closure by devices and so on.
He has also been trained to do TAVI (Trans catheter Aortic Valve Implantation) through which valve replacement is performed without the need of open heart surgery.
